Welcome to Chattr.

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Chattr mobile application, website, AI features, and related services (collectively, the “Services”).

By accessing or using Chattr, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Services.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Chattr.

By using the Services, you represent and warrant that:

If you are under the age required by your local jurisdiction to consent to data processing, you may only use Chattr with appropriate parental or guardian consent.

3. Description of Services

Chattr is an AI-powered communication and conversation training platform that may include:

  • AI voice conversations
  • Text-based chat simulations
  • Communication coaching
  • Screenshot and message analysis
  • Speech evaluation
  • Social interaction practice
  • AI-generated feedback and recommendations

Features may change over time without prior notice.

4. User Accounts

To access certain features, you may need to create an account.

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
  • All activities occurring under your account
  • Ensuring your account information remains accurate

You agree not to:

  • Share your account with others
  • Impersonate another person
  • Create fraudulent accounts
  • Access accounts without authorization

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

5. Subscriptions & Payments

Some features of Chattr may require a paid subscription.

Subscriptions may be billed through:

  • Apple App Store
  • Third-party payment providers

By purchasing a subscription, you agree that:

  • Fees may be charged automatically on a recurring basis
  • Pricing may change in the future
  • Taxes may apply depending on your jurisdiction

Unless otherwise stated:

  • Subscriptions automatically renew
  • You may cancel at any time through your App Store settings
  • Refunds are handled according to Apple’s policies or the applicable payment provider’s policies

We do not guarantee refunds except where required by law.

6. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Chattr uses artificial intelligence to generate conversations, feedback, suggestions, evaluations, and recommendations.

You acknowledge and agree that:

  • AI-generated content may be inaccurate or incomplete
  • Responses may occasionally be offensive, inappropriate, or incorrect
  • AI systems may misinterpret context or intent
  • Outputs are generated automatically and are not reviewed manually

Chattr does not provide:

  • Medical advice
  • Psychological counseling
  • Therapy
  • Legal advice
  • Financial advice
  • Professional relationship counseling

You should not rely on AI-generated content as a substitute for professional advice.

Your use of AI-generated content is at your own risk.

7. User Content

You retain ownership of content you upload or submit to Chattr, including:

  • Messages
  • Voice recordings
  • Screenshots
  • Images
  • Feedback
  • Prompts

By submitting content, you grant Chattr a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to:

  • Host
  • Process
  • Analyze
  • Store
  • Display
  • Use the content solely to provide and improve the Services

You represent and warrant that:

  • You own or have rights to the content you submit
  • Your content does not violate laws or third-party rights
  • Your content does not infringe intellectual property rights

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Chattr to:

  • Violate laws or regulations
  • Harass, threaten, or abuse others
  • Upload illegal or harmful content
  • Share explicit or exploitative material
  • Attempt unauthorized access to systems
  • Reverse engineer or exploit the platform
  • Interfere with the operation of the Services
  • Generate spam or malicious content
  • Upload viruses or malware
  • Use the platform for fraudulent purposes

You also agree not to misuse AI features to:

  • Generate harmful content
  • Impersonate individuals deceptively
  • Conduct scams or phishing
  • Create unlawful or abusive material

We reserve the right to investigate and remove content or suspend accounts at our discretion.

9. Privacy

Your use of Chattr is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

By using Chattr, you acknowledge that your information may be collected, processed, and shared as described in the Privacy Policy.

10. Third-Party Services

Chattr may integrate with or rely on third-party providers, including:

  • AI providers
  • Cloud hosting providers
  • Analytics providers
  • Authentication services
  • Payment processors

We are not responsible for:

  • Third-party service availability
  • Third-party content
  • Third-party policies or practices

Your use of third-party services may be subject to separate terms and policies.

11. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in Chattr, including:

  • Software
  • Branding
  • Logos
  • Design
  • Features
  • Interfaces
  • AI systems
  • Content created by Chattr

remain the property of Mesh Flow LLC Fz or its licensors.

Except as explicitly permitted, you may not:

  • Copy
  • Modify
  • Distribute
  • Sell
  • License
  • Reverse engineer
  • Reproduce

any part of the Services.

12. Service Availability

We strive to provide reliable access to Chattr, but we do not guarantee:

  • Continuous availability
  • Error-free operation
  • Uninterrupted access
  • Compatibility with all devices

Features may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time.

We are not liable for downtime, interruptions, or data loss.

13. Account Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to Chattr at any time if:

  • You violate these Terms
  • We suspect fraudulent or abusive activity
  • Required by law
  • Necessary for security reasons

You may stop using Chattr at any time.

Upon termination:

  • Your access to the Services may end immediately
  • Certain data may be deleted
  • Some information may remain retained for legal or operational purposes

14. Disclaimer of Warranties

Chattr is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including:

  • Merchantability
  • Fitness for a particular purpose
  • Non-infringement
  • Accuracy
  • Reliability
  • Availability

We do not guarantee that:

  • AI outputs will be accurate
  • The Services will meet your expectations
  • The platform will be error-free or secure

Your use of Chattr is at your own risk.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mesh Flow LLC Fz and its affiliates, directors, employees, contractors, and partners shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect damages
  • Incidental damages
  • Consequential damages
  • Loss of profits
  • Loss of data
  • Emotional distress
  • Business interruption

arising from or related to your use of Chattr.

Our total liability for any claim relating to the Services shall not exceed the amount paid by you to Chattr during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so portions of this section may not apply to you.

16. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Mesh Flow LLC Fz and its affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, and expenses arising out of:

  • Your use of Chattr
  • Your content
  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your violation of laws or third-party rights

17. International Use

Chattr operates internationally.

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Services complies with local laws applicable in your jurisdiction.

18. Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms from time to time.

If material changes are made, we may:

  • Update the effective date
  • Notify users through the app
  • Provide additional notices where legally required

Continued use of Chattr after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

19. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
